Try it — tap a message

Just talk

No tapping. No food searches. No barcode scanning. A voice note like you'd send a friend — and the more you say, the better the numbers.

A running tally, straight back

Every message gets a two-line reply: what was logged, and where the day stands on calories, protein, carbs and fat. Estimates anchored to real label values and scaled to your own body. Nothing to submit — the day closes itself at midnight.

Reports when you want them

Say report for yesterday in picture cards, week report for the last seven days, month report for the last thirty. Your Sunday week lands on its own.

How it works

  1. 1

Log your day, any way you like

Voice notes, typed messages, or a photo of your plate — after each meal, or whenever you remember. Rough is fine. Detail is better.

  2. 2

Every message gets a running tally

Each entry comes straight back with what I logged and where the day stands — calories, protein, carbs and fat against your target. No submit, no waiting, nothing to open.

  3. 3

Your day closes itself at midnight

One short line with the day's totals. Nothing for you to do. Missed a day? Start a message with yesterday and it goes on yesterday instead.

  4. 4

    Reports, whenever you want them

Say report and yesterday lands as picture cards — calories and macros, the food table, trends, gut health. week report and month report do the same for longer stretches, and your Sunday week arrives on its own.

  5. 5

    Your patterns build up

After a week the reports and the dashboard start to show you something interesting — what shifts, what holds, what tomorrow might want. Weight, calories and activity side by side, with your gut health estimate right alongside.

Activity, goals and strength

Say what you did and it counts. Set a weekly goal and watch the week fill in.

“40 minute run”, “gym: squats 5×5 at 85 kg”, “walked to work” — activity logs the same way food does, in the same message. Duration, distance and intensity where you give them; sets, reps and weight for strength.

Set a weekly goal — kilometres, sessions or minutes — and every entry shows where the week stands. A mid-week check-in and the Sunday recap keep it in front of you without nagging.

Strength gets its own breakdown: best sets per lift, week on week, so progress in the gym is as visible as the number on the scale.

Weekly goals and the strength breakdown are rolling out now — they land in your reports and dashboard first.

Gut health, read from your plate

The same food log that tracks your calories also reads how gut-supportive your days are. No extra logging, no kits, no swabs.

Every logged day gets a gut health score out of 100, computed from what you actually logged: fibre against the 30g guide, plant variety across your week (the "30 plants" idea), fermented foods when they show up, and how much of the day came from packaged or takeaway food.

With it comes one plain line about the biggest lever — the single thing that would move your score most. It lands on its own picture card in your reports, and trends on your dashboard next to weight and calories.

Estimated from your logged food — not a microbiome measurement.

Questions, answered honestly

Can AI really estimate calories from a voice note?

Honestly: estimates, not measurements. They typically land within roughly ±15%. Each item is our best estimate rather than a padded one, and every item’s calories are reconciled against its own protein, carbs and fat so the numbers agree with each other. Branded items are anchored to manufacturer label data. Accuracy is where most of our engineering effort goes.

Is my health data safe in WhatsApp?

Your chats are protected by WhatsApp's end-to-end encryption in transit. On our side we store only what's needed to work out your numbers. It's never sold, never used for ads, never used to train AI models — and you can delete everything at any time.

Do I have to submit anything at the end of the day?

No. Every message you send gets a reply with the running tally, and the day closes itself at midnight with one short line. When you want the full picture, say report, week report or month report — and your week arrives on its own every Sunday afternoon.

How much detail do I need to give?

As little or as much as you like. 'Chicken wrap and a coffee' works. 'A 200g chicken wrap from Pret and a flat white' works better — the more detail you share, the tighter the numbers and the better the reports.

Why not MyFitnessPal or a photo-scanning app?

No barcode hunting, no database searching, no new app to open. You talk about your day the way you'd tell a friend, and we do the work — with honest ranges instead of fake four-digit precision.

What if I miss days?

Nothing bad. No streak shaming, no guilt messages. Gaps are gaps — the trend over weeks is what matters, and it picks up where you left off.

How do I cancel?

On your dashboard: Subscription → cancel. Two clicks, any time — it takes effect at the end of your billing period, and cancelling during the trial means you're never charged.
